- ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Chris Young, Contract Specialist, email: norman.c.young@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX2F0193AX; NOUN: Kit, Aircraft, Struct; NSN: 1560-01-576-8341; P/N: A100651-101; Min/Max Quantity: 50/150 each; Firm Fixed Price (FFP) three year basic + 2-100% options type contract applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 50 each 413 Days After Contract Award (DACA). First Article Test Report is due 263 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Test is 50 each, 275 DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
