- The US Army Medical Command Southeast Region has a requirement for the below listed spinal cord stimulator implant and components: 1 each Eon Mini rechargable ipg, item #: 3788. 2 each Octrode permanent leads, item #: 3186 1 each patient programmer, item #: 3851 1 each patient charger, item #: 3721 2 each Octrode trial leads, item #: 3086 2 each wide spaced quads, item #: 3066 2 each dual Y splitters, item #: 3341 The suggested contractor is the St. Jude Medical, Inc., 1 Saint Jude Medical Drive, Saint Paul, MN 55117-1799 This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. However, companies that can provide an equal product MUST SUBMIT THEIR TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES TO INCLUDE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THEIR PRODUCT, PAST PERFORMANCE INFORMATION, PRICE, DELIVERY TIME AND TECHNICAL/MEDICAL SUPPORT within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives from Eisenhower Army Medical Center for consideration for future requirements.
