- Modified SF 1449 Modified Performance Work Statement FA8601-12-R-0010 Amendment to the Solicitation details: Item No 0002 has been adjusted to show the changes in the emergency maintenance schedule. This will show the breakdown of how the emergency maintenance will be priced by three categories- 8am thru 5pm hourly rate 5pm thru 8am hourly rate Federal Holidays hourly rate For item 0002 total price will be calculated assuming emergency maintenance will be required on two (2) 8am thru 5pm hours, two (2) 5pm thru 8am hours, and one (1) holiday hours per month. The attached is a modified Performance Work Statement. The change that has been made to the PWS is the addition of a parts list that correlates to Item No 0003 on the SF1449. This parts list will need to be filled out with prices for the base year and each option year. The listed prices will be applied to Item No 0003 if the part needs to be replaced. This list is not all inclusive. All submitted pricing will be included in the evaluation of your proposal. All prices must be filled in on the SF 1449 so that adequate price evaluation may be accomplished. The solicitation has been extended to give time to include the addition of the price list. The new due date is: 11 Jan 2012 at 12:00 EST only proposals received by this time will be considered. If you have any questions please direct them to Ashley.cunningham@wpafb.af.mil.
