- The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is announcing the award of a sole-source letter contract HQ0147-12-C-0005 to Raytheon Company, Integrated Defense Systems, of Woburn, Massachusetts, as an undefinitized contract action (UCA). The contract's not-to-exceed value is $582,516,377. Under this contract, Raytheon Company will provide two AN/TPY-2 Radars for a Foreign Military Sales case with the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The work will be performed in Woburn, Massachusetts. The period of performance is from December 30, 2011 through September 30, 2018. UAE FMS funds in the amount of $582,516,377 will be used to fund this effort. Definitization of the UCA is anticipated in June 2012. The MDA, Huntsville, Alabama, is the contracting activity (HQ0147).
