- This solicitation is being issued as Unrestricted to furnish and install store shelving for Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) stores. The RFP will be posted on the FedBizOpps at www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at this site. The FSC is 7125, the NAICS code is 337215, and the size standard is 750 for this requirement. DeCA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the above agency. The contract specialist is Rebecca L. Antico, 804-734-8000, ext 48676 and the contracting officer is Dessie Mills, ext 48511. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database under the NAICS code listed above prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Further information about registration may be found on the Internet at www.ccr.gov. Completion of Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) is mandatory in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 4.1201(a).
