- Please provide a quote for the material/services attached. This will be an allornone based award. The Government will accept quotes from all responsiblesources with the capability to provide the brand name or equal product citedand will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendorwhose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be mostadvantageous to the Government. An equal must be an exact equal and willrequire approval by the originator prior to award. All part numbers must bemanufacturer's part numbers. All quotes must include the delivery lead timeafter award of contract. All items must be on contract at time of submission.Allquotes MUST state whether or not the items quoted are TAA compliant. If thequote does not state whether the items are TAA compliant or not, the quote willbe rendered incomplete and will not be used. Vendors must be registered inthe Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). If you are not registered, your quote maybe refused. Please keep your CCR updated. Please include your CAGE codeon your quote. UID labels are required for all items with a unit price of$5,000.00 or over (MIL-STD-130N W/Change 1, 15-JUN-07). Quote is due toMary Katherine Lewis, Business Specialist, SPAWARSYSCEN, Atlantic by 16:00P.M. Eastern Standard Time, 06 JAN 2012. Quotes will be accepted via email:mary.k.lewis1@navy.mil.
