- RELIABILITY 101 and WEIBULL ANALYSIS are two separate three-day short courses that the Reliability Information Analysis Center (RIAC) will be presenting at the San Diego Training and Conference Center in San Diego, CA; March 20 - 22, 2012; which are open to individuals in both the Government and Industry sectors. Each course stresses proven approaches and techniques for the designer, analyst and manager through numerous real world examples addressing both commercial and DoD applications.
