- SOLE SOURCE ANNOUNCEMENT N66001-12-T-6307 This is a sole source announcement. No hard copy Request for Quotation will be prepared or made available for distribution. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Sabtech Industries Inc. to purchase the following items: Item 0001 Swift PMC, D, 64K FIFO, P/N: SP-03102-00, 5 each Direct procurement questions via e-mail to Cynthia.Horriat@navy.mil and include the solicitation number concerning this advertisement. All responses to this sole source announcement must be received by the closing date of this announcement. Commercial clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 IAW FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334418. The business size standard is 500.
