- This is a sole source announcement. No hard copy request for quotation will beprepared or made available for distribution. Space and Naval Warfare SystemsCenter Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase ordertoTwiss Analytical Laboratories, Inc. for analytical laboratory testing services(water quality testing).
