AMENDMENT 0002 is not in the zipped file above. This is not a new requirement. Initial notice was posted 23 DEC 2011 and directed Firms to add themselves as Interested Vendors and send notification to the Contract Specialist to receive the AMRDEC SAFE Site password and link. Interested Vendors did so. We have made the Soliciation, Drawings and Amendment 0001 in a zipped file available on FEDBIZOPPS. AMENDMENT 0002 will post to FEDBIZOPPS when posted. Technical questions are to be posted to Projnet per the solicitation requirements. Other questions can be posted to email: robert.m.duran@usace.army.mil Proposals are due on 23 January 2012, 2:00 PM CST at this time unless an AMENDMENT states otherwise. No hard copies will be recieved. CD's are requested. See Proposal Instructions in the solicitation where and how to post the electronic proposal to ARMDEC SAFE Site.
