- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M0031811T0020 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811118 and the business size standard is $7 Million. The contractor shall make all repairs, to include obtaining and installation of replacement parts, reapiring any defective parts, and all associated labor for a Ford F-750, 1200 gallon fuel truck. Contractor management must provide their facility and tools required to do complete diagnosis and repairs. Inspection of equipment operational functions and tests shall be performed at the contractors location and contractor shall provide services to pick up the equipment at MCB Hawaii, transport to thier facility, and if needed, transport back to MCB Hawaii.
