- Lockheed Martin Space Systems (LMSSC) hereby submits a Definitive Cost Plus Fixed Fee Proposal for the Nuclear Weapons Systems (NWS) ISA Low Risk Design Optional Proposal. LMSSC will continue providing program management effort including Cost Account Management (CAM), financial status tracking, and subcontractor support beyond the current BOA contract period of performance. An additional three (3) months efforts are added as a result of delaying the CDR and close out all actions.
