SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotes. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: General Statement of Need: The availability and capability of qualified business sources that can provide disposable surgical supplies as listed herein, as requested by authorized VA Staff, in order to support the West Roxbury campus of VA Boston Healthcare System (VABHS), 1400 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury, MA, 02132. All disposable supplies provided under this contractor shall be F.O.B. Destination; fuel surcharges shall not be allowed nor added to the invoice. The VABHS is seeking one responsible vendor that can provide all of the supplies listed below. Proximal seal is a device that is delivered into the aorta via the punch hole site and provides a sealed region to facilitate the proximal anastomosis. The loader is a mechanism that rolls the proximal seal and loads the seal into the delivery device.
