- Solicitation Package The USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center, Small Boat Product Line, has a requirement to procure the items noted below. Quotes may be submitted by email to leisha.l.urban@uscg.mil or faxed to SK1 Leisha Urban's attention at 410-762-6120. (1) NSN: 2040-01-HS2-1318, P/N 051-1000-20LAEA Large Deck Plates 100 EA (2) NSN: 2040-01 HS2-1319, P/N: 051-100010LAEA Small Deck Plates 12 EA Descriptive Data: Substitute parts are not acceptable. NOTE: NO DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS OR SCHEMATICS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THIS AGENCY. Unit to be individually packaged IAW ASTM 3951-98 (REV.2004). Each unit shall be individually marked IAW MIL-STD-129 w/ change 4. Bar coding is required. Each asset shall be packaged and marked individually IAW SP-PP&M-001 (Enclosure 1). Final inspection and acceptance shall take place at destination after verification of preservation, packaging, and marking requirements, and confirmation of no damage during transit. Pricing is requested on an F.O.B. Destination basis - it is requested that shipping costs be included in the unit price of the item(s). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005-55 (JAN 2012), and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 331314 and the Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.
