Description

Crisis Management System RFQ Crisis Management System Past Performance Questionnaire The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement to procure a market-proven Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Information Technology (IT) software system that has been specifically developed and deployed to support emergency management processes and functions. This procurement shall include: computer and network systems support, installation, integration, external interfaces, customized dashboards, maintenance, documentation and training. This requirement includes the purchase of an enterprise level FEMA license with CPU-based licensing with unlimited seats and users for a time period in accordance with the contract period of performance that provides web based access to all Federal, State, local, tribal, and other partners (to include non-governmental organizations) in support of the national response to a crisis and daily response planning operations. In addition, resource management, financial management, analysis and reporting, and enterprise level integration management services shall be provided. A full and open, competitive solicitation (RFP) will be issued for proposals. The estimated performance period will be a one year base period, with two (2) one year option periods. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal.
