- Source Sought This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued by the Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Office of Military Comissions (OMC). Note that this is not a request for quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This RFI seeks industry comments to assist the Government in (1) Locating potential sources with the ability to satisfy its requirement. The critical elements of this RFI are: The availibility of a company to support multiple (estimated. 4-5) locations throughout the U.S. with as little as 15 days notice, for unpredictable periods of time. Ability for the company to provide qualified personell to meet the requirements as outlined in the PWS. Experience working with crime or trauma victims is preferred. Experience can be personal (individual status as a crime victim) or working in the environment for at least one year.
