Description

The Defense Logistics Agency, DLR Procurement Operations, Warner Robins will acquire replenishment spare parts applicable to the E-3 AWACS aircraft using other than full and open competition procedures. A Firm Fixed Price IDIQ type contract is contemplated. Items/quantities are as follows: Ordering Period 1 (Date of award through 12 calendar months) NSN 5996-01-600-0981CX, P/N 255-402, Audio Frequency Amplifier, 1-20 Each Ordering Period 2 (13 Through 24 calendar months after award) NSN 5996-01-600-0981CX, P/N 255-402, Audio Frequency Amplifier, 1-10 Each Ordering Period 3 (25 Through 36 calendar months after award) NSN 5996-01-600-0981CX, P/N 255-402, Audio Frequency Amplifier, 1-10 Each Required delivery: 4 per month beginning 7 months after receipt of delivery order. Solicitation will be sole source to Astronics AES, 9845 Willows Road N.E., Redmond, WA 98052-2540 (CAGE 3E2Y8) pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Detail drawings are not available from the procuring activity.
