The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years. Destination inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Only offers from SDVOSB will be considered. Full and open competition after exclusion of sources procedures apply. The NSN is as follows 6150-01-379-0592, 88 day's delivery. FOB Destination. This is a critical application item. Surge is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
