- NSN1680-01-176-9086 - Shroud, Seat Back, Lockheed Martin, CAGE 98897, P/N 10533-3. DLAA does not have technical data for this item. Numbered note 22 applies, only one source. Solicited unrestricted, other than full and open competition. It is anticipated award will be made via order against a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). If it is determined more than the BOA source can meet the Governments needs, an RFP will be issued and posted to the DLA-DIBBS website. This is a proposed firm fixed priced contract for a quantity of 17 each, FOB origin, inspection and acceptance origin. Required delivery is 174 DARO. If an RFP is issued, final award decision may be based on a combination of price, performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as sescribed in the solicitation. The estimated issue date is 2/3/12, with an anticipated response date of 3/9/12.
