- The ELVIS 2 contract will provide the NASA Launch Services Program (LSP) withProgram Management support; Vehicle Engineering and Analysis; Launch Site SupportEngineering; Communications and Telemetry; Technical Integration Services; NASA LSPProgrammatic Safety, Reliability and Quality support; VAFB Unique support; InformationTechnology support; and Special Studies. Facility Upgrade/Modification/Repair/Design and Construction may be required at VAFB andwill be ordered under Indefinite-Delivery/ Indefinite-Quantity task orders.The contract has a two-month phase-in period that begins February 2012, followed by aone-and-a-half-year base period extending from April 1, 2012, through Sept. 30, 2013.
