- XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Site Visit The Site Visit for the Mountainview Project is going to be on January 19, 2012 at approxiatmely 10:00 am local time. The following information will need to be provided 8 days prior to the site visit. (January 11, 2012) 1) Name (Last, First, MI) 2) Place of Birth 3) Date of Birth 4) Drivers License # or State ID # 5) State of Issuance 6) Social Security Number 7) Country of Citizenship The Prime Contractors who are planning to attend may only bring 2 people from the organization. Please send this information to calvin.j.mitchell@usace.army.mil cc carlen.capenos@usace.army.mil Once you are cleared from the security team you will be giving the additional information. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Site Visit The Site Visit will be on January 19, 2012 at Buckley Air Force Base. All request to attend the Site Visit must be submitted by January 11, 2012 at 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. If you have not submitted your information as outlined in the previous FedBizOps announcement by the January 11, 2012 at 2:00 pm (EST) you will not be admitted. No walk-ins will be accommodated on the date of the site visit nor will any late requests be accommodated. This will be the only site visit for this project. Drawings and Specification Update to Drawings and Specification The last day to submit Standard Form (SF) 328 Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI) to obtain drawings and specifications as delineated in the Pre-solicitation notice will be January 13, 2012 at 2:00pm (EST) No additional SF 328 will be accepted after January 13, 2012 at 2:00pm (EST). The solicitation will be released after determinations for contractor access has been finalized to ensure all contractors have the same amount of time with the documents.
