- Telephone Switchboard Operations Performance Work Statement In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201 "Exchange with industry before receipt of proposals" and (FAR) 52.215-3, "Request for information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes", this sources sought notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. This announcement is not a Request For Proposal (RFP) nor does it commit the Government to solicit or award a contract now or in the future. No solicitation is available at this time. The purpose of this notice is to identify sources capable of meeting the needs of the Government as stated herein. All businesses large and small, 8(a), SDB, WOSB, HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc., capable of performing the requirement indicated in the attached Statement of Work are encouraged to respond to this notice. Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada has a requirement to provide Telephone Switchboard Operations services for the 99th Communications Squadron. The draft Statement of Work is attached which details the requirements and qualifications Nellis AFB anticipates will be included in the contract. Sources that have the ability to provide the necessary support services are asked to respond to this notice with a brief capability statement (maximum five pages) to provide a clear and complete narrative of applicable capabilities to meet the requirements. Responses should include: company name and address, DUNS number, CAGE code, size of business as it relates to the Primary NAICS code 515210, information on any additional small business classifications granted (if applicable), current point of contact (name, phone number, and email), and a list of contracts within the past four (4) years under which the interested party has performed the same or similar work. All responses must be emailed to marka.garrison@nellis.af.mil no later than 12:00 pm EST Friday, 27 January 2012.
