- This is a sources sought advertisement. The US Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue a solicitation for title services. The requirement is to provide title evidence and closing services nationwide, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the property is situated and the Standards for the preparation of Title Evidence in land acquisition by the United States. These properties are located throughout the United States. Interested firms should have 541191 among their approved NAICS codes. All interested contractors have until January 20, 2012 to submit your company's name and business size. Submittals will only be accepted via e-mail to LaSheena.T.Vaughn@usace.army.mil.
