- Special Correction Notice PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENTS (PLAs) Sources Sought Synopsis Title: W9126G-12-U-1001, Project Number: 062955, AIT Barracks, Ph2, FY12, Ft. Jackson, SC Special Notice Correction: The Corps of Engineers Fort Worth District is soliciting comments from the construction community addressing the potential use of Project Labor Agreements (PLAs) from large scale construction projects (exceeding $25 million) for the following project: Task Order is through the Unrestricted Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Barracks Primarily at Fort Jackson Southeast Region (AL, FL, GA, KY, MS, NC, SC, TN). MATOC POOL: W9126G-11-D-0048/0049/0050. Project Description: This project is the Phase II Barracks Contract. The work includes construction of three Advanced Individual Training (AIT) Barracks as part of an overall AIT complex and incidental related work. The AIT complex consists of four adjacent and concurrent contracts, referenced herein as the Barracks and Site Development Contract, the Battalion HQ Contract, the Dining Facility Contract, and the Phase II Barracks Contract. Appendix A (attached) demarcates the construction limits and responsibilities entailed by each contract. The Barracks and Site Development Contractor (under separate contract) shall be responsible for coordination between the Phase I Barracks and Site Development Contractor, the Phase I Battalion HQ Contractor, the Phase I Dining Facility Contractor, and the Phase II Barracks Contractor. The Battalion HQ Contractor, the Dining Facility Contractor, and the Phase II Barracks Contractor shall coordinate with the Barracks and Site Development Contractor where required by Appendix A, where called out in the contract documents, or where necessary for the completion of the work under contract..
