MS Army National Guard intends to issue a solicitation for Field Service Representatives (FSR) to support on-site proficiency training, technical guidance, liaison assistance and information pertinent to the evaluation of operational difficulties involving the UH-60 aircraft and other equipment. The solicitation will be for a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Field Services Representatives at four (4) geographically separated Theater Aviation Sustainment Maintenance Groups (TASMG); one (1) FSR per location: Springfield, Missouri; Gulfport, Mississippi; Groton, Connecticut; and Fresno, California. The contract is for a twelve (12) month period beginning April 1, 2012 thru March 31, 2013 with four (4) option years. This solicitation will incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55. This requirement is unrestricted. All potential sources shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered eligible for award. The NAICS code is 488190. The business size is $7.0M. Solicitations will be made available on or about 1 February, 2012. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.5 and 5.102 therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing to obtain an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: http://www.FedBizOpps.gov. Solicitation W9127Q-12-R-0004, will be issued on or around February 1, 2012. Proposals for this solicitation will be due on or about 6 March 2012. The award of this solicitation is projected to be on 14 March 2012. The intent is to make one award to the business capable of providing these services.
