- Description
- This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a synopsis of a sources sought only. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified Small Business sources relative to NAICS 621110- 621111. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make approperiate acquisition decisions. Employees performing work activities where they may be exposed to safety and health hazards shall be participants in an ongoing medical surveillance program, meeting the requirements of EM 385-1-1. These employees must receive medical examinations prior to assignment, periodically thereafter, and upon termination of employment, or if there is an overexposure to any hazardous substance. Additional Occupational Health services such as; vaccines and preventative health screening will be required on an as needed basis. Also Contractor will provide Basic “Fit For Duty” Physical Exam, covering employee who are assigned to/as; Crane Operators, Seagoing Vessels, Hazardous Waste Sites, Overseas Deployments, New Hires, and Post Injury Return to Work, Exams Underwater Diver, and Lab Results such as; Blood/Urine Test will also be provided. This is a 'sources sought' announcement is for informational purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment or promise of contract by the Government. This is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quotation, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach.
