- Description
- The Bureau of land Management (BLM) has a requirement for noxious weed inventory of 4,480 acres, treatment of 319 acres and monitoring of 319 acres on BLM land within specific burned areas in Powder River County in southeastern Montana. All infestations must be inventoried prior to or coincident with treatment of invasive species. The entire area must be inventoried and mapped. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and materials. The contractor shall be a Montana licensed applicator for both general and restricted use pesticides and shall comply with Federal and Montana state pesticide laws. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 115310. This is a total small business set aside with a size standard of $7.0 million. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be available on or around February 13, 2012 at https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect. Receipt of quotes is tentatively scheduled for March 5, 2012. Work is anticipated to begin approximately May 15, 2012.
