This project is defined as the management, planning, design, labor and equipment to site adapt and construct all utilities, vehicular access, buildings, force protection measures, site security, mine clearing activities and other features as referenced within the Statement of Work (SOW) and expeditious construction methods to complete the project within a 400 day period.
