ATT2 - TERMS ATT1 - QUOTE SPREADSHEET Title: TS STATE OF MAINE American Marsh Pump Parts Solicitation Number: DTMA-92-Q-2012-0012 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is stated above, and it is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55 dated January 3, 2012. NAICS code 423830 applies. This is a Total Small Business set-aside. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The Training Ship the State of Maine is a U.S. Government owned training ship provided by the U. S. Maritime Administration to the Maine Maritime Academy for the purpose of training young men and women for a career in the U.S. Maritime Industry. The U. S. Maritime Administration intends to award a firm fixed price contract to procure numerous OEM parts for an American Marsh Model 340-HSC, Serial # 133508 pump used in salt water service. RESPONSIBLE SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: •- Price quote which identifies the requested item(s), quantity, unit price, and extended price per contract line items 0 001 through 0016. •- Total price •- Prompt Payment Terms •- Remittance address, Tax Identification Number, DUNS number and Cage Code Responses to this solicitation are due February 10 at 2 p.m. Pacific Time. LATE QUOTES MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR EVALUATION. All Quotes are to be emailed to patricia.etridge@dot.gov. No faxed quotes will be accepted. Please reference the solicitation number on your quote. BASIS FOR AWARD Award will be made to the responsible, technically acceptable vendor, whose quote, conforming to the combined Synopsis/Solicitation, offers the lowest evaluated price. LOCATION AND DELIVERY DATE : Delivery shall be made, pier-side, to the Training Ship, T.S. State of Maine, located at the Maine Maritime Academy, Water St., Castine, ME., 04420 prior to April 15, 2012. FOB DESTINATION: Maine Maritime Academy Water Street Castine, ME, 04420 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: This work shall begin on or about 2/13/2012 with delivery of parts prior to April 15, 2011.
