- Description
- Specification and Solicitation Package SF 1449 The USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service has a requirement for Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Supplies and Services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and no other posting will occur relative to this procurement. The requirement includes brand name hardware and ancillary equipment, installation services, and required maintenance/ support services to facilitate technology management. Equipment, installation and maintenance will be required in five locations within North Dakota: Bismarck, Williston, Fargo, Grand Forks, and Minot. Please review the specifications for location sites and delivery terms. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal constitutes the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR 13.106. This acquisition is being offered as a Total Small Business Set Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 423430, Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers. The size standard is 100 employees. All interested and responsible parties may submit a Quote in response to the Solicitation on or before 4:00PM CT 27 February, 2012. Prospective contractors must have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. A DUNS number can be obtained by calling the Dun and Bradstreet at 1-866-705-5711 or via the internet at http://www.dnb.com. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration can be completed at the CCR Web site at http://www.ccr.gov. The Solicitation number is AG-6633-S-12-0004. A fixed price contract will be awarded. The award is anticipated to be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities Website on or about 28 February 2012.
