- Wage Determination Davis County Specifications for Building 238 & 507 Renovation/Repair Base Facility Design Standard Drawings Building 507 Drawings Building 238 Solicitation All work and materials required to re-caulk the exterior walls and columns of Building 507. Work to include demo of old caulking and backer rod. Install new backer rod and re-caulk. Repair damaged concrete and steel in various locations. All work and material required to re-caulk concrete tilt up panels in Building 238. Work to include routing out old material, replacing backer rod and re-caulking to seal joints. The government requests a 90 day period of performance. All work performed shall be accomplished in accordance with drawings dated 10 October 2011 and specifications dated 26 September 2011 for each respective building. This is a 100% designed project.
