Description

The Network Contracting Office, Murfreesboro, Tennessee intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the City of Huntington Fire Department, Huntington, West Virginia to provide Fire Protection Services located at the Huntington VA Medical Center, Huntington West Virgiana. The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency's requirement.
