- Gerald R. Ford Job Corps seeking an audio visual contractor to prepare a large Study Hall for media and other presentations. The room will be used for meetings, trainings and general instruction. The room size is square with over 19,000 square ft of space. Ceilings are very high (about 30'). The room is carpeted with accoustical sound panels, and light streaming in from windows which are probably 10' above the seating area. The light level is high and the windows are not covered. Your quotation could include all or some of the following components: Mechanized 133x216 white projector screen, 6000-7000 lumens projector w/long range lens, mixer w/amplifier, free-standing media rack or cabinet w/ lock, sound surface mounted speakers (6), card interfaces, input cards for switchers, surge protectors, converters, speaker wire, a support/service agreement, switcher/converter with transformer, onsite project management, onsite integration, testing and training, mixer w/amplifier, transmitter & wireless mics, blu-ray player, and freight charges.
