- CONTRACTOR SUPPLIED PICTURES SALE OF GOVERNMENT PROPERTY EXCESS TO CONTRACT Colsa Corporation, 6728 Odyssey Drive, Huntsville, AL 35806 is offering for sale by sealed bid a wide variety of Government surplus property. This is your invitation for Bid. It contains a brief description of the property, sale terms, and a bid form. Bid amount is required by single lot which will include all items within that lot. There is only one lot for this sale. (If hard drives are included, Software will be used to overwrite/degauss information so that no information remains on the computer.)
