- Linen/Mat Rental/Cleaning/Exchange Services Smokey Point, and Whidbey Island Commissaries, Washington. The Period of Performance will be for a base period of April 1, 2012 through March 31, 2013, and will include four one-year option periods that may extend performance through March 31, 2017. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about February 1, 2012 with a tentative closing date of February 27, 2012. This acquisition is being issued as unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812332 and the business size standard is $35.5 million. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for a contract award. CCR information may be obtained at www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. Online representations and certifications application (ORCA) must also be completed at https://orca.bpn.gov/.
