- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), South San Francisco, CA, has a requirement for janitorial service. The USDA intends to award a firm fixed price contract for a base year and four one-year options. The solicitation will be issued on or about January 26, 2012. The solicitation will be posted to this website. The Government intends to provide the solicitation and all amendments via this website only. This will be best value procurement. It is anticipated that the formal solicitation, Request for Quotation (RFQ) AG-6395-S-12-0029, will be released on or about January 26, 2012, and posted on this FEDBIZOPPS website. Please download the RFQ from this website. All responsible offerors may submit an offer. After release, one may download a copy of the solicitation at this site.
