- FLOOR LAYOUT AMENDMENT 0001 The attached powerpoint slide provides the general layout of the weather forecast office which I use during the vendor's site visit. However, keep in mind that some of the furniture and cubicle furniture has been changed since this original layout was made. The individual rooms are not labeled either nor are the type of flooring indicated in the attached layout. Also, although the total square footage is about 5,000 sq. ft, not all of the rooms will require daily cleaning. That is why it is important for the vendors to do the site visit. Below is the breakdown of the amount of carpet, tile, etc from the statement of work that is in the office.
