- Description
- Justification For Other Than Full and Open Competition for Prosci License for Perpetual Reproduction and on-Line Use Description of the Content. The content includes the following: a.) The Change Management Toolkit, research-based materials including guidelines, processes, templates and assessments to assist in managing the people side of change. b.) The Change Management Pilot provides the Change Management toolkit in an online format with additional features including presentations, best practice results, and c.) the book Change Management: the People Side of Change. (see the attached license). A license to copy and use PROSCI change management materials as per the license agreement attached, including the 1. Right to reproduce, for internal hard copy production, the Change Management Toolkit 2. Perpetual license for the on-line PROSCI Change Management templates. DLA will pay $46,500 for a perpetual license, without additional annual fees to provide to DLA's 25,000 employees. After payment, no additional fees will be required. Prosci, Inc. received the previous award under Purchase Order SP4705-10-P-0265. The software application in use throughout the DLA Enterprise is a patented Prosci Process and Approach. This patented application has been in use since 2006 under SP4700-06-P-0091 and continued use was implemented under SP4705-10-P-0265. Expiration of SP4705-10-P-0265 occurred June 7, 2011. Renewal of the current license will provide perpetual license rights and continuation of the product services.
