Description

The VISN 15 Contracting Office intends to issue a solicitation for an on-site mobile PET/CT services for the Harry S. Truman VA Medical Center, 800 Hospital Drive, Columbia, Missouri. The contractor will provide for the complete performance of all of the technical aspects of mobile PET/CT services requested by the Medical Center. The Government anticipates a solicitation release date on or about 26 January 2012. Award of a Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract is anticipated; and award will be made to the offeror who provides a proposal that best meets the Governments objective. All requirements, evaluation criteria, basis for contract award and proposal due date will be provided as part of the solicitation package. The anticipated period of performance will consist of a one-year base period from date of award and four one year renewable options, if the Government chooses to exercise it. This procurement is a 100% service disabled veteran owned small business set aside; under NAICS Code 621512. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code), be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) https://orca.bpn.gov. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available at the Government wide Point of Entry at http://www.fbo.gov.
