- Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) has a requirement for the repair of pneumatic and cordless hand tools in accordance with the statement of work. This requirement will consist of one (1) base year plus four (4) option years wherein a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract will be issued. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (Destination). Solicitation number W911N2-12-R-0035 will be released O/A 13 February 2012, Closing date: O/A 29 February 2012. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
