- The following centers in the Guam AOR require various and Indefinite quantities of fresh bread & bakery products: Magellan Facility, Child Development Center, Cam Covington, Navy Based Operation Support, US Naval Hospital Galley, Guam Public System Department of Education, US Frank Cable, USS Corpus Christi, 36th Services Squad, Top of the Rock, Guard, 368 th Military Police, 1101 st Garrison Support, Kals Corporation, Navy Exchange, United Seaman's Service, USNS Concord, USNS Niagara Falls, USNS San Jose, LSC-Navsup, Global Food Services, CO USCG Sequoia, and CO USCG Galverston Island. The groups of items required under this solicitation are 1) Group I: Bread Products, 2) Group II: Roll Products, and 3) Group III: Bakery & Pastry Products. It is estimated that an award will be made prior to July 3, 2012.. The anticipated resultant award will be for an indefinite quantity type contract with a minimum of 25%, and a maximum of 200% of the award value. Full and Open Competition will be used for this acquisition. The solicitation will be issue on an unrestricted basis. Low Price Technical Acceptability evaluation factors will be utilized to evaluate offers. The performance period is estimated to be July 4, 2012 to July 3, 2013. All material used in fabrication are to be furnished by the Offeror. All responsible sources may submit proposals, which will be considered by the Agency.
