- MICC ICO Fort McCoy intends to issue Request for Quote (RFQ) #W911SA-12-T-0021 for an IDIQ requirement for Portable Toilet/Sink Service at Fort McCoy, WI; for the performance period of 1 March 2012 (or subsequent date) to 28 February 2013 with four (4) one year option periods. The solicitation will be issued on or about 1 February 2011 and can be accessed at www.fbo.gov.
