- Description
- NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA). The Electronic Systems Center, Cryptologic Systems Contracting Division (HNCK) intends to award on a sole source basis a Firm Fixed Price contract for the repair of SLRTI Complete Systems, Joystick Control, WSTI Camera's, to the OEM, FLIR Systems, Inc., 25 Esquire Rd., North Billerica, MA 01862. This proposed repair acquisition is for four (4) SLRTI Complete Systems, P/N 614005655, one (1) Joystick Control, P/N 194783, eight (8) WSTI Camera's, P/N 194760-CCTV/AFCENT, two (2) WSTI Camera's P/N 194660 and two (2) EACH WSTI Camera's P/N 194760. Required Delivery: February 2012. The proposed contract action is for services IAW FAR 5.201(b)(ii)for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one (1) responsible source. The Government intends to award by February 2012. FLIR Systems, Inc., (OEM) is the only known source that meets the Government's requirement as it has proprietary rights for the Manufacture/Repair of the required items. No technical data/drawings/Technical Orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within ten (10) days of this publication. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or women owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned.
