- Subject: Jacobs Creek Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center, Laundry Services Solicitation Number: AG-82A7-S-12-0023 Description of Requirement: The UDSA Forest Service has a requirement for laundry services for approximately 224 students' bed linens for Jacobs Creek Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center on a weekly basis. This requirement is advertised in accordance with the Acquisition of Commercial Items, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12. Prior to award the contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database located at http://www.ccr.gov. All other requirements are included in the solicitation, which shall be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website for downloading. Additional Information: The applicable Contracting Office for this action will be the WO AQM Job Corps Support Branch, 740 Simms St., Golden CO 80401. Contracting Officer is: Sheri' DellaSilva, who can be contact via e-mail at sdellasilva@fs.fed.us. Contract Specialist is: Stephanie Lawrence (Contractor Support), who can be contacted via email at: slawrence02@fs.fed.us. Place of Performance: The USDA Forest Service, Jacobs Creek Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center, 984 Denton Valley Road, Bristol, TN 37620, Sullivan County, Tennessee. Set-aside Status: This acquisition is a total 100% set aside for small business. The NAICS code for this project is: 812320 and the small business size standard is $5.0 million. The Government intends to establish one or more BPAs as a result of this solicitation. Any BPAs established will be with the quoter(s) whose quote(s) comply with the RFQ instructions and whose quote(s) represent the best value to the Government, price and other factors as outlined in the solicitation considered. The Government reserves the right to establish multiple BPAs or none at all as a result of this solicitation. A Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be issued by this office to meet this requirement. We anticipate the solicition to be issued on or about February 10, 2012 however this date may change and we invite all interested parties to check frequently for a possible change to this date. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
