- Performance Work Statement THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN AND ATTACHED TO THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. PROPOSALS WILL BE EVALUATED ON TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND PRICE. THE CONTRACTOR MUST HAVE THE EXPERTISE AS WELL AS ALL ASSOCIATED TECHNICAL DATA TO BE ABLE TO MEET THE SERVICE REQUIREMENTS LISTED IN PART 1.1 & 2.1 OF THE ATTACHED PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS). THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT OWN AND CANNOT PROVIDE ANY TECHNICAL DATA RELATED TO THE MACHINES REQUIRING SERVICE. ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE WILL BE 1 YEAR FROM DATE OF CONTRACT INCEPTION.
