- This action entails the purchase of ArcEditor Software Maintenance to support the Unit Level/Unit Command and Control Operations. NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA) This is a notice of intent from ESC/HSGK, Hanscom AFB, MA to award a sole source purchase order to Esri, Inc. Esri, Inc. is the sole provider of ArcEditor Software Maintenance. The delivery date shall be 30 days after contract award. This purchase will be made under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2); Soliciting from a single source. The anticipated award date is 3 February 2012. This is not a request for quotations. Interested parties may submit capability statements and qualifications for this requirement. All information received will be considered solely for informational purposes. This announcement constitutes a notice of intent for a contract action, not a solicitation. The Government's determination not to compete this proposed contract action is based on market! research previously conducted.
