- Request for Quotes for Precast Concrete Storage Building - Oklahoma City, OK - DTFAAC-12-R-01820 This is a request for quote to manufacture, deliver, and place a 12' x 20' precast concrete storage building at a location on the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, OK. Vendor is responsible for providing crane, rigging and labor to off-load and place building on level site. Product description is attached. No utilities are required for this building. The site was leveled and compacted several years ago. The vendor will be responsible for ensuring the site is sufficiently level and capable of supporting this structure. Use of any crane over 27 feet requires permitting from the Oklahoma City Airport Authority. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the request for quote. Therefore any cost associated with the request for quote submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. The competition will be based on lowest price. This is an open competition. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contract Registry (https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx) prior to submitting a response. A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be conducted at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, February 22, 2012. Contractors must notify Bill White, bill.white@faa.gov, by 2:00 pm CST, Tuesday, February 21, 2012, to have their name placed on the access roster. Since the project location is in a restricted area all contractors must be registered. This will be the only site visit allowed. Vendors must attend this site visit to be eligible to submit a quote. Interested firms are required to submit the attached Business Declaration form. In order to make this determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: 1. Pricing, utilizing the attached cost break-out sheet. 2. Capability Statement - This document should identify: Type of services provided by your firm, Size and type of services provided by previous contracts (elaborate and provide detailed information and past performance), Number of years in business Attached are the Product Description, Terms and Conditions, Pricing sheet, and a Business Declaration Form. Please respond by reviewing these items, and submitting a completed, signed pricing sheet, capability statement and a filled-out and signed copy of the Declaration form (please submit electronically, email to address below). All responses to this request for quote must be received by Wednesday, March 7, 2012, 3:00 pm CST (Oklahoma Time).
