Description

The DLA Aviation Engineering Division, Richmond, VA, intends to procure supplies and services related to upgrading an Avtron Generator K400B Test Stand on behalf of the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE), Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, Florida. DLA intends to procure the products and services on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. Procedures are in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) to match existing equipment. In addition to installing the upgraded components, the vendor will be responsible for removal of old material, delivery, start-up, testing and training. The anticipated award will be made as a firm, fixed-price contract. The requested performance period is 175 calendar days or sooner after receipt of contract. QAP 208 applies.
