- The Department of Agriculture (USDA), United States Forest Service (USFS), anticipates soliciting for Coach Bus resource category for California (Region 5). The solicitation number is AG-9J61-S-12-7006. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Paper copies will not be issued. The solicitation and the specifications will be made available electronically at the FedBizOpps (FBO) website (www.FedBizOpps.gov). All changes to the pre-solicitation notice, solicitation and any other attachments will be posted to the above website. *IMPORTANT*: The responses to the solicitation must be submitted through the VIPR Program by using the Pilot Vendor Application located on VIPR website at the following address: http://www.fs.fed.us/business/incident/pilotvendorapp.php. Companies must register in this Pilot Vendor Application in order to be allowed to respond to the solicitation. The Mobile Sleeper Unit solicitation should be posted to FBO website on or about February 15, 2012.
