Description

Anwsers to Industry Questions UPDATED:2 Feb 2012: 1. The purpose of this notice is to publish the Government's responses to Industry's comments on the KC-46 ATS Draft RFP posted to FBO on19 Dec 2011. All written comments received during the Pre-Solicitation Conference held 9-11 Jan 2012 at WPAFB and all additional comments received by the 13 Jan 2012 deadline are addressed in this document. 2. These responses are for planning purposes only at this time. The Government reserves the right to make revisions to the KC-46 ATS RFP solicitation documents which may or may not affect responses previously provided to Industry. The KC-46 ATS Final RFP takes precedence over previously provided information associated with the Draft RFP. As was briefed at the Pre-Solicitation Conference, it is the Government's intent to release the Final RFP late 2QFY12. If feasible, the Government may release an updated Draft RFP prior to posting the Final RFP on FBO. However, the Government will not conduct a second-round of Industry comments/Government responses to the updated Draft RFP. 3. Please direct any communication to ASC.WNS.KC46.ATS@wpafb.af.mil.
